Your service, step by step.
From the first WhatsApp message to receiving your device back, here is what to prepare, what to ask and what should be confirmed before any paid work.

1. Tell us what happened
Start with the exact model, the fault, when it began and whether it followed impact, liquid exposure or earlier repair. Mention whether the device powers on and can still be used. Photos of the outside can help; keep personal notifications, account information and full serial numbers out of images.
Genuine Apple devices and previous repairs
We require a genuine Apple device and disclosure of previous repairs, replacements or modifications. Apple and Apple Authorized Service Provider repairs are recognized. Other repair history is assessed rather than automatically rejected: defects in non-original parts or damage from unauthorized work can affect service availability and cost. Provide available repair records or tell us if the history is unknown. Apple determines service eligibility after inspection; any revised quote requires your approval.
2. Choose the right route
A repair addresses an agreed fault; component replacement changes a particular part; whole-device exchange is a separate offer. Our intended repair route is through Apple, with acceptance confirmed for the individual case. We do not carry out the repair ourselves or promise that every model supports component-level work.
3. Understand your quote
Check the model, service, genuine parts requirement, condition, total including VAT, any diagnostic/transport fees, expected timing and warranty. For exchange, also check storage, battery, cosmetic condition, included accessories, trade-in value and amount payable. You decide after these details are clear.
4. Back up and protect your accounts
Make a current backup and check that important content has synced. Service can involve erasure or replacement, so keeping the only copy on the device is unsafe. Never share a passcode or Apple Account password. Follow the current Apple preparation instructions for your device and software version.
5. Prepare for the confirmed handover
Wait for the agreed location or shipping instructions. Find My, repair mode, Activation Lock and organization management must be handled by you or the authorized administrator as required for that service. Send only the accessories requested and keep a record of their condition.
6. Inspection and approval
The received device is checked against the description and eligibility requirements. Additional faults may change the proposal. Ask what happens if you decline the revised quote and whether any previously agreed diagnostic or return charge applies. Extra paid work requires your approval.
7. Timing and communication
Inspection, parts, Apple service and shipping can affect timing. Ask for an estimate for your exact case; we do not promise another company’s same-day turnaround. Keep your reference. WhatsApp is available if you prefer asking a person about the next step.
8. When your device returns
Check the agreed functions and accessories, read the service report and restore your own backup if needed. Re-enable your security settings where appropriate. Report unexpected symptoms with your reference. Keep the quote and report for aftercare; the warranty page explains how to raise a problem.
