Can we help with your device?
Check the model, condition and ownership requirements before arranging repair or exchange. A catalogue listing is an invitation to discuss your device, not confirmation that every repair is available.

Models from 2023 onwards
Our current service focuses on genuine Apple devices introduced in 2023 or later: iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch and AirPods. The model’s introduction year matters, not the year you bought it. This is our business policy, not Apple’s service cutoff.
Genuine Apple devices and previous repairs
We require a genuine Apple device and disclosure of previous repairs, replacements or modifications. Apple and Apple Authorized Service Provider repairs are recognized. Other repair history is assessed rather than automatically rejected: defects in non-original parts or damage from unauthorized work can affect service availability and cost. Provide available repair records or tell us if the history is unknown. Apple determines service eligibility after inspection; any revised quote requires your approval.
Five checks before handover
The device must power on, start normally and remain usable. You must own it or have permission to arrange service, and be able to unlock it yourself where applicable. We check these requirements again when the device is received.
Damage that may be suitable
A cracked screen, damaged glass, reduced battery endurance or an intermittent charging problem may be assessable if the device remains usable. Describe all symptoms, previous repairs and any liquid exposure. Suitability depends on the exact model and the actual condition.
When to contact us first
A device that does not power on, cannot finish starting or cannot be operated falls outside this service. Tell us about swollen batteries, unusual heat, liquid damage or a bent frame before arranging transport. Do not post a damaged battery without suitable handling instructions.
Ownership, locks and managed devices
We do not bypass passcodes, Activation Lock or company management. Resolve ownership and organization restrictions with the account holder or administrator. Never send an Apple Account password, passcode or verification code through a form or WhatsApp.
What catalogue statuses mean
Available means a particular service has passed our checks; it is not a promise about every fault. Quote required means a personal proposal is needed. Verification required means support or cost still needs checking. Unavailable means we cannot currently offer that option.
Extra checks for exchange
An exchange also depends on confirmed replacement stock, storage, condition, battery information and an intake valuation of your device. Keep your data backed up and remove personal accounts yourself at the agreed stage. Do not erase a device before any required intake checks have been agreed.
Not sure which model you own?
Check Settings → General → About on iPhone or iPad, About This Mac on a Mac, or the paired-device settings for Watch and AirPods. Send the model name and fault description on WhatsApp. Avoid sending full serial numbers publicly.
