Genuine does not automatically mean newly manufactured: the applicable service documentation must explain parts or replacement-device condition. We do not substitute third-party parts without changing the offer; if our genuine-only requirement cannot be met, that service cannot proceed as offered.
A competitor benchmark is an indicative target with a source and check date. A failed online check retains its dated fallback rather than claiming a fresh result. A model listing, illustration or price target does not establish stock, repair capability or a binding quote.
