How we describe our service.
Our aim is to make device condition, parts, pricing and responsibilities understandable before you choose. This page explains our standards and the limits of the claims made on the website.

Independent of Apple
iDevicefy is not Apple and does not claim to be an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple product names identify the devices we discuss. Arranging a repair through Apple does not make iDevicefy affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Genuine parts and honest condition
Our service policy is genuine Apple parts and Apple accessories only. Genuine does not automatically mean newly manufactured: the applicable service documentation must explain parts or replacement-device condition. We do not substitute third-party parts without changing the offer; if our genuine-only requirement cannot be met, that service cannot proceed as offered.
Accurate prices and availability
A competitor benchmark is an indicative target with a source and check date. A failed online check retains its dated fallback rather than claiming a fresh result. A model listing, illustration or price target does not establish stock, repair capability or a binding quote.
Data and customer choice
Customers should receive the necessary service and privacy information before sharing a device or accepting an offer. Keep credentials private, approve the scope of work and retain the written proposal. Our privacy, terms and warranty pages explain the related choices.
Safety and responsible reuse
We assess whether repair or exchange is suitable rather than promising every device can be saved. Report battery swelling, severe damage and liquid exposure before transport. Agree what happens to any returned device or replaced parts; do not assume items will be disposed of or transferred without the applicable agreement.
